Due to escalating concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to cancel the Elevate 2020 conference, scheduled for May 12-15, 2020, in Palm Springs, California.
We appreciate your commitment to Certent and realize that for many, this event is an opportunity for professional development, solution optimization, and connection. We will continue to deliver online events and training throughout 2020 that advance your capabilities with our equity management and disclosure reporting solutions. Our team remains committed to your success and will turn its focus on producing an outstanding experience for Elevate 2021. As this program comes together, we will update you with details.

1. Are you canceling Elevate 2020?
A: Yes, we are canceling Elevate 2020, May 12-15, 2020 at the Hyatt Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California (Palm Springs).Our focus will shift to Elevate 2021 for our global user conference, with new dates and location to be determined. If you’d like to receive advance information, please sign up for news and information in the form above.
2. Will Elevate 2020 be rescheduled to later this year
A: Given the uncertainty of COVID-19, as well as quarterly filing deadlines, we will not reschedule our 2020 event. We will consider online /virtual events in addition to our Bootcamp training program to continue to deliver CEP and CPE content.
3. What happens to my registration?
A: You will receive a full refund of conference ticket fees to your original form of payment. Complimentary passes are not eligible for a refund. This will include conference passes and Strategic CFO event refunds. A confirmation email and refund receipt will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund.
If you purchased a pass that includes the pre-event bootcamp training, you may participate in a virtual bootcamp that will include a series of online webinars. Please contact your CSM to save your spot in the virtual bootcamp or discuss additional options.
4. Will I be reimbursed for lost travel or accommodation costs?
A: Certent is automatically refunding all fully paid Elevate 2020 conference tickets. You will need to cancel any other travel plans and accommodations separately and are responsible for any associated fees. Certent is not refunding airfare change fees or other charges associated with your travel.
You still can cancel hotel bookings without penalty this far out. We recommend you make your cancellations this week to avoid any charges. We also recommend that you contact your airline as soon as possible because many air carriers are offering waivers to transfer purchased tickets for future travel due to the safety concerns related to the global COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
5. Are the pre-event boot camps and CFO Workshops canceled?
The Strategic CFO workshop is officially canceled. We are offering a series of remote sessions for pre-conference Equity Management Bootcamp attendees in lieu of the onsite training. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for details.
6. Will you still offer CPE credits?
A: Yes! Many of our webinar training and in-person boot camps provide for CEP/CPE credits. Please visit www.certent.com or sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest information on our content programs.
